Our 1 Year Warranty

This page details our One Year Warranty and the coverage it extends to our bags, briefcases and all goods. If you have any questions that you find unanswered here, please email us at support@mahetri.com and we will be happy to address your question there.

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE COVERED?

Our One Year  Warranty extends to our Products purchased directly from our online store Mahetri.com  at full retail value. This Warranty does not cover your Product if you use it in a manner incompatible with the intended design.

WHAT IS COVERED?

MaheTri Products are covered by a one year warranty, which guarantees them against manufacturer’s defects for One Year. This Warranty extends only to Products sold directly by Mahetri at their full retail value at the time of purchase.

CAN THE WARRANTY BE TRANSFERRED?

This one year warranty extends only to the original purchaser of a Product. All warranties are valid only for the original purchaser of the Product. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the Product from MaheTri. All our limited warranties are not transferable. Please retain your receipt as proof of original purchase.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

Scratches, frays, scrapes, dents, rips, tears, loose threads, stains, color difference due to photography or discolorations that occur through the normal daily use of the Product and do not impair the functionality of the Product.

Damage that occurs from the improper maintenance, washing, or cleaning of the Product as well as damages that are the result of attempted self-repair.

Replacement of any non-defective pieces in the MaheTri  (for example, if you purchase Product with multiple parts and only one part is defective, then we will only replace the defective part).

Any Product sold by an authorized third party vendor, retailer, store, or website that is not MaheTri. Likewise, any product sold by an unauthorized party such as resellers or second hand dealers.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECT?

In the event of a Defect, MaheTri has sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy under this warranty will be, at MaheTri’s option, to provide a repaired or replacement Product, subject to your fulfillment of “Your Responsibilities” below. Replacement Product may be provided in a color different from the Product you originally purchased.

Your Responsibilities as the Holder of This Warranty In the event of a Defect and in order to get the benefit of this limited warranty, you must return your Product to MaheTri and provide MaheTri with proof of the original date of purchase. Any shipping costs required to return your Product, you will be responsible for those costs. MaheTri  will repair or replace (as applicable) and ship your Product or Upgrade Product back to you within 90 days of receiving your original Product. Replaced or repaired Product is subject to the same One year warranty as the original Product.
